According to Access Hollywood, the results from Shia’s blood alcohol tests following his crash still have not come in, despite the fact that nearly a month has passed since the incident. So we still don’t know if he was actually drinking, or if so, how much.
Isabel Lucas has joined the list of acting acquaintances to confirm that Shia is recovering well after the accident. She is gladly recovering without incident as well.

Shia’s lawyer issued a statement today regarding Shia’s accident hand injury. According to Michael Norris, Shia’s attorney, his “left hand was crushed” and his arm was immobilized. He still runs the risk of infection and other complications.

Shia’s mom, Shayna, issued a statement today in which she said Shia is doing fine after visiting him in the hospital. She explained that he had “extensive hand surgery” and took the time to thank all of his fans for the concern they have expressed.
